Despite its ideal location beside Udeshna Mall and opposite the popular nightclub Nuts and Brew, Café Aera only generated around Rs 30k-40k a month in revenue, which was unsustainable given its high staff and operational expenses.

Cafe Aera’s unique advantage was its beautiful ambiance, cozy interiors, and a cute balcony with a view of a bustling flyover. This prime location had the potential to attract a variety of patrons, including shoppers from Udeshna Mall and party-goers from nearby clubs, but its potential remained untapped.

Our mission was to revive Cafe Aera by creating a strong digital presence, boosting visibility, and driving footfall to turn the café into a go-to spot for casual hangouts and date nights. We also aimed to increase revenue through effective promotions and engaging content that resonated with the local audience.

This offer quickly became a hit, attracting people eager to enjoy a budget-friendly yet customizable meal.
